Spaghetti with courgettes
Zucchini cut into the shape of spaghetti, spaghetti and goat cheese for the sauce are the ingredients of this simple, light and immediately ready dish.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
500 g of zucchini
2 cloves of garlic
2 chillies
300 g of spaghetti
salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
150 g of fresh goat cheese, eg. Chavroux
pepper
How to proceed
Preparation:
approx. 30 minutes
Cut the zucchini into spaghetti shape with the spiral slicer. Chop the garlic. Depending on the degree of spiciness you want, cut the peppers into slices with or without the seeds. Boil the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain them, let them drain and keep them warm. Heat the oil in the same pan and sauté the garlic and chillies. Add the courgettes and sauté them for approx. 1 minute. Add the spaghetti, some of the cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve the spaghetti with courgettes on plates. Garnish with the rest of the chopped cheese and sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste.
